THE LARGEST COORDINATED CORRUPTION ASSAULT

The previous Aquino administration scattered an extreme magnitude of destruction and trampled the economy of our country and putting in jeopardy the lives of our citizens. But Pnoy Aquino did not do it alone but including the eight Senatorial candidates of the Opposition coalition and their supporters and affiliates whose campaign slogan for 2019, is now: “Makinig. Matuto. Kumilos.”

Put one's money where one's mouth means to take action to support one's statements or opinions. Are they going to make good their campaign slogan? They have done it before in the 2010 Presidential Election with Pnoy which was “Tuwid na Daan” as their campaign slogan. But after they won, you know what they did during their administration. Indeed, this bunch of people cannot just treat the poor Filipinos with dignity and respect.

To think how these Yellow people have destroyed our economy, emptied the National Treasury, tolerated Drugs, criminality, and corrupted all infrastructures projects, destroyed our environment by granting favors to Oligarchs on mining business, prematurely injecting Filipinos with Dengvaxia vaccine, entering into bogus contracts for Barangay Centers, looting the Yolanda funds, stealing the road users tax, exempting the Oligarchs from payment of taxes, buying medicines indiscriminately only to be burned later, and the list will continue indefinitely that it makes you wonder how the mechanism of their ideas was like at a time that calls for clear-eyed thinking.

You can read between the lives of these people as to how they are so at ease and comfortable in committing corruption that it has now become a habit for them to do. Realizing what the Yellows have done to the Filipinos, you can see that it is the largest coordinated corruption assault in the history of our country to date. The incredible scope of the corruption, practically from A to Z, catches the Filipinos by surprise.

But despite all of the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, only a short noise ensued with only the sound of falling rain that we hear from the mainstream media. Does it necessarily mean they are alike? Or so it seems. This is called “Collective Guilt.”

THE FORETASTE OF THE BOC SWINGING DOOR CORRUPTION

Today October 31, was the turnover for Gen Guerrero’s transition to the Bureau of Customs (BOC) turf. When it comes to leadership, it is critical to get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off of the bus, and the right people in the right seats. Well, this is going to take everything that Guerrero has under that helmet to be able to confront this matter.

Well, the BOC continues to provide the best glimpse into a past where we often heard the new chief in his acceptance speech that he will initiate reforms and cleanse the agency of corruption, blab la bla. Sadly, the Filipino people always found later that commitment has more myth than reality.

Admittedly, Gen Guerrero hunkers down for the fight of his life. I figured that in handling the leadership of the BOC, it’s like playing the game of a Russian roulette. You do not know when the gun of temptation you put on your temple will fire as you squeeze it every time you make a decision. But as long as you are there as the BOC Chief, that gun on your head is certain to fire and blow your head off because you will eventually succumb to the temptation in hundreds of millions one day.

The Everest picture of corruption in the BOC is likened to the swinging door that when you push it open, it will automatically swing back and forth.

There is no substitute for the popular truism: if you want to do it right, do it yourself. PRRD is the only person like Alexander the Great who can cut the Gordian knot with one fell swoop of a sword in the BOC. As President, he can be the concurrent Chief of the BOC.

This formula is not novel because PRRD had done it in Typhoon Ompong with Francis Tolentino as the Point Man. But PDU30 was on top of everything as he monitored the path of typhoon Ompong. That’s why everything that could be seen as the worse scenario in times of disaster turned into a fantastic one. They coordinated with each other seeing to it everything is going well.

BUREAU OF CUSTOMS OFFICIALS- WE ARE NOT ALL THIEVES

The entire force of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) in one stroke placed in freezing status draws a viscerally vitriolic reaction from the concerned and tearfully lamented: “If you realize it, We are not all thieves.” This sentiment is the same as—the fact that you did nothing to stop the rampant smuggling of contrabands executed right under your noses is no more to the point than the fact that a person who serves as a lookout to the commission of the crime to ensure its execution is not guilty of conspiracy. Do they not see the irony of that? Would they be willing to gamble by saying they have never benefited, ever, by way of accepting their fair share from following the code of silence?

The lack of candor and outright dishonesty through rampant corruption are not without recorded precedent in the BOC. Therefore, the lamentation of those who claimed they’re not all thieves was, in reality, a cover-up to escape the disciplinary consequences of their foiled attempt to extricate themselves from the BOC fiasco.

President Duterte’s decision vis-à-vis the BOC deserves a resounding applause. When we build our power against a system that is rigged against us, when we build a country where all Filipinos are believed and their rights are protected and respected, we can truly begin to overcome whatever challenges we are facing that keeps millions of people in this country from realizing both our potential and our rightful future.

We must build together because this moment requires all hands on deck. It’s time for us to call our family and our friends to act as watchdogs over the unscrupulous public officials and to secure the future we all deserve.

All who are in the government service, elected and appointed, should know that Public interest in an adept and honest public service dictates that Happiness is not money. Happiness is victory. Only those who did not listen to the irresistible and strong desire to join the spree of the moment to commit corruption are the ones that will now see the laughter of a lifetime for them.

ECHOING THE SENTIMENTS OF THE DENGVAXIA VICTIMS

We must not let the Dengvaxia vaccine tragedy fade deep within the hidden recesses of our minds and soul. Who were the people with malice gave the senseless decision to inject the vaccine to the Filipino people. There was that declaration by the Sanofi, the maker of Dengvaxia, and conveyed to the FDA as far back as Dec. 22, 2015 that the Dengvaxia should not be injected yet because it is still in the experimental stage and if applied prematurely, it will inescapably result to death. Nevertheless, the Pnoy administration insanely defied the warning and unconscionably allowed it to be injected to the Filipino people as early as the year 2016, months before the Presidential election in that year. The result was disaster as the 1million that received the vaccine, almost 200 have already died but this is lower than the real count.

This opposition political coalition who wag the finger of righteousness in our faces, they were just everything as unconscionably extraordinarily horrible and the ugliest of being in the face of this earth. You can sharpen with an ax on top of their heads and that is precisely who they are. Aside from Dengvaxia tragedy, these people shared the Billions of pesos they looted from the Yolanda donations given by Foreigners for the victims; the Mamasapano massacre; the loss of the South China Sea; the uncontrollable problem of corruption, drugs, criminality, sowing disorder and destabilization in our country.

The crimes committed by these people, who are conspirators since no one among them had attempted to stop the commission of the above-mentioned crimes, is contrary to their oath of office as elected public officials under the Constitution, which is to give the Filipinos a good comfortable life and provide security and welfare for the citizenry. Therefore, all Filipinos are victims of the crimes they have committed. Consequently, it is fitting they must be tried by the people and not by the courts.

This could be the moment that the Filipino people must put once again our crown and remind all these opposition coalition who they are dealing with. We have been fooled by these people for a long time and it is for us to say enough is enough because it is already too much. I’LL LEAVE IT UP TO YOU. IT’S YOUR CALL.

THE PROPHET OF DOOM IS REBUFF AGAIN

PDU30 wanted Boracay, not just a destination but to prosper and flourish as a tourist attraction. Now, Boracay has been opened and so revealing its exceeding brightness from its pristine scenery as the apple in the eye; it’s sparkling diamonds--that attractive rainbow that rises in showers in broad daylight likened to a paradise and all are in exhilaration. It has done so, far beyond what everyone could have imagined. This propels Trillanes and those who mouthed his lies by writing scurrilous article and criticisms against the Duterte government to the threshold beyond limits and restraint and sent them into a downward spiral. With Trillanes, their opposition political coalition dies at last of swallowing their own lies.

When PDU30 was fuming mad against all sorts of violations of environmental policies by commercial establishments that he thinks turned Boracay into a "cesspool," he ordered its closure for six months. Then, as usual, Trillanes, in his braggadocio manner begun his tirade as follows: he doesn’t believe that Duterte is an environmentalist; that Duterte is again making a fool of the people; and that everything supposedly intended to happen in Boracay can leave them feeling like they didn’t make sense and they felt confused as they cower in fear. That the real motive of the closure is to give way to the smooth sailing in the delivery of the construction materials for the building of a Casino in Boracay that Duterte has just approved in December last year and suddenly on January, it was surprisingly granted a franchise.

Admittedly, Trillanes has always been the prophet of doom; always conclude possible negative consequences from the decisions or actions of the president. Instead of doing his job as a Senator for which he was being paid by the people but all Trillanes does was to look for Duterte’s trail and he immediately finds negative one, then sewn them well, make them up, invented them to make it so the way he wants them to be treated. As if they are the facts that from time to time repeating the same thought and the media was just willing to mouth him repeatedly in the news.

EACH OF US IS A VITAL THREAD IN ANOTHER PERSON's TAPESTRY

On TV, on Radio, in conversions, and in our vivid eyes, tragic incidents are happening daily about people that were gunned down to death for different reasons; plowed by vehicles in accidents; unexpected calamities; political bickering; fake news putting our country in bad light. All these are ubiquitous making it impossible for everyone to lead a normal life, in moving Upstream at the evolving cycle of life and death. In the confusion that it generates, society is dissolved, is drowned in its original chaos or liberty. What if everything is mixed, good and evil, day and night, the sacred and the profane, reuniting contradictory elements and principles in order to bring about renascence of life?

Henceforth, it is incumbent upon us that at every turn of the day or night and in the road that we tread stay alert and expect bad things are all around that anything is brewing and something could happen any time. There is no substitute for experience and it reigns supreme. Years of experience taught us everything we need to know to flourish in this unforgiving world.

Old age and experience is going to overcome the youth and inexperience every single day. As they say, youngsters still need to eat plenty of rice to gain an adult know how. I, therefore, urge all the children to listen to the guidance and advice of their parents. No parent will teach their children to become hardened criminals but always for the best of them. If children pay attention, rest assured you’re protected and safe.

Please continue to pray not only for yourself and your family but also for our country, especially to our President who has to shoulder a lot of responsibility. I hope you all remember that each of us is fighting battles and sometimes a simple hello or kind word can make all the difference.

THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS—THE GANTLET OF DEATH

This is the characteristic of our President: it just takes one or two to sniff the air and decide the time is right for the corruptors to leave. Just on glance in that direction, one snort of alarm, he knows it’s time for these tribes to leave.

The abrupt decision of the President to dismantle the Bureau of Customs (BOC) is laudable. After all, a fish rots from the head down in the BOC, thus, the revolutionary overhaul is the only way to change the course of operation of the BOC of extortion through intimidation, demanding bribes, or requiring payment for protection from paying the correct Customs duties and taxes. This is like slaying a monster bearing a Remnants of Corruption; the remnant is dropped just like normal essences. Indeed, when political will come into play, everything is golden.

Now, the Filipinos suddenly found themselves with a ray of hope. Of course with the choice of the new Commissioner, the 4-star General Rey Leonardo Borja Guerrero, the BOC is fortified against all the mechanism of corruption. Guerrero’s hardest test though still lies down the road, like a gantlet of death: smugglers with millions are going to line up in two lines and force him to choose between accepting the bribe or being killed. Only for a person that lives on honesty and being used to live a simple life, his life revolves around Jesus Christ, his only ally. Then, he has more lives than a cat but ahead lays a hazard he can’t outrun.

Admittedly, the misery we experience from the BOC has a silver lining at last. It’s like after the deluge, comes the feast. Maybe the Filipinos can smell rain, or we really need thunder with heaven.

THE PEOPLE ARE FED UP

It is not enough for the Opposition coalition and their supporters and affiliates to make a statement in their campaign slogan: “Makinig. Matuto. Kumilos.” These are the same people who launch that campaign slogan “Tuwid na Daan”. Then, they composed the entire Aquino administration who made our country worse and funneled every crime and corruption, drugs, criminality; and we’ve seen the consequences of that and so we’ve got a big problem in our country right now.

Well done is always better than well said. It is said: one lie is one step to goodbye. How much more for this opposition coalition who lie and lie and made their lies their way of life? That’s why every time these people open their mouth and all manner of stupid came out.

I can say with certainty, this Opposition coalition, they’re that hateful, and that arrogant to just dismiss everything they say because it is nothing but a viral misery that is not spreading sunshine and lightness in the world. Just remember, an enemy that is left around is like a half-dead viper that you nurse back to health. Let’s unleashed our indignation and anger in full-screen like a billion blades of grass dance in time with one wind, as we reject all of the Opposition coalition in the 2019 Elections.

THE DECISION THAT ONLY TINDIG PILIPINAS APPLAUDED

Makati RTC Judge Andres Soriano’s findings of facts and conclusion of law particularly that says: Trillanes can no longer be rearrested and his case reopened because the dismissal of his case in 2011 had become final and executory, is for me too flimsy, like a makeshift structure on shifting sands to sustain in the sophisticated altar of Justice.

Judge Soriano buttressed his declaration with the principle of immutability of the decision. As it turned out, his thesis was not as invulnerable as he posited. Indeed, it was riddled with invalidating imperfections, defies logic or reason, and only TINDIG PILIPINAS described Judge Andres Soriano's decision as "Solomonic" because they are of the same feathers that flock together. Their Praise, like gold and diamonds, owes its value only because of its scarcity.

The application of the principle of immutability by Judge Soriano is misplaced. The reading of the subject principle should be meaningfully construed in unanimity with the ratio decidendi thereof to grasp the true intent and meaning of the principle. In the case of MENDOZA VS. FIL-HOMES REALTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, G.R. No. 194653, February 8, 2012, the Supreme Court ruled, Under the doctrine of finality of judgment, a decision that has acquired finality becomes immutable and unalterable.

Corollarily, Judge Soriano should have known better that he should not have allowed himself to be straitjacketed by the literal meaning of the phrase. No amount of semantical juggleries could dim this fact that immutability of a judgment does not apply in the case of Trillanes. In order for the subject principle to apply, the indispensable requirement is that the decision must be valid and enforceable. Once it is so, no amount of correction, alteration, modification or amendment can be done anymore by the court which rendered it, not even the Supreme Court.

However, the fact that Judge Soriano has indeed sustained the validity of Proc 572 as valid and binding, the dismissal of the case against Trillanes by the court in 2011 which was premised on the Amnesty granted by former Pres. Pnoy which Proc. 572 have declared as void from the very beginning, therefore, the said dismissal had no force and effect and it was as if there was no dismissal at all that had ever transpired.

Judge Soriano had been wearing the fraudulent mask of assuming a righteous stance, while he desperately hid his filthy hands with fingers crossed, hoping against hope that his duplicity would never see the light of day. Anyhow, the arguments in his decision and the fractured syntax by which they are tendered should really have no place in a judicial record. They cannot persuade; they do but irritate.

JUDGES WHO LIVE IN THE GREY TWILIGHT THAT KNOWS NOT VICTORY NOR DEFEAT

The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in times of great moral crisis, maintain their neutrality.

I doubt if Judge Andres Soriano sought ample and deft legal research and advice before he undertook his moves that are currently herding the polity to the boiling point.

Consider this; Judge Soriano has declared Proc. 572 of PDU30 as valid and effective which rendered the Amnesty granted by Pnoy in favor of Trillanes as void ab initio, and without any force and effect from the very beginning. If that is so, Judge Soriano cannot escape the corresponding effect of Proc. 572 that whatever that has occurred and transpired from the issuance of the Pnoy Amnesty to Trillanes, particularly the dismissal of the coup d’etat case against him is also inescapably void ab initio and without any force and effect. It is as if the dismissal has not been granted from the very beginning that it is as if there has never been a dismissal of the coup d’etat case at all.

Necessarily, the order of Judge Soriano is absolutely incorrect that Trillanes cannot be arrested because the dismissal of the coup d’etat case against Trillanes by the former Judge of the Makati RTC 148 has become final and executory. How could it become final and executory when the dismissal was due to the Amnesty issued by Pnoy, and therefore, was without any force and effect? Remember the principle- the fruit of a poisonous tree is also poison. Otherwise, it would be the height of contradiction from his declaration that Proc. 572 of PDU30 is valid and binding. The insistence of Judge Soriano to contradict his own decision or order is tantamount to IGNORANCE OF THE LAW and it is as if he did not understand what he is doing. His posture is likened to something that says you can eat the egg provided you must not break the shell.

You know, as a Judge of a court, which I was once was and had been for 26 years, you ought to make your decision as right as it is correct in every possible way as it can be because that decision will be seen across everyone’s eyes and interpreted in the minds that lay their understanding upon it and recorded in their history books. We hasten to caution all Judges deciding different issues, conflicts, and controversies on whose shoulders rest the onerous responsibilities to sanitize the judicial system to approach their duties with tact and in strict adherence to the extant laws.

The interest of the public, by and large, must be of paramount importance when deciding whatever measures deemed expedient to rein in the excesses of erring individuals with the ultimate aim of salvaging the entire system. Acting otherwise will further erode the already shattered trust that the public already accentuated over the courts in general.

AN IMPOSSIBLE FEAT UNTIL YOU SEE IT AND BELIEVE

If you think you have hard times and difficulties in your life there is nobody who can help you but you need to get over yourself and start to think like an ant. We are all familiar with ants; there are so many of them down the dirt and soil everywhere especially in the summertime. They never give up despite any obstacle that stands in their way. You don’t see an ant felt discouraged with its head down and go back to its hole ruminating and worrying, never.

Imagine what you could accomplish if you would just say "get over yourself" and have a never quit philosophy like an ant. If the ants are headed somewhere you can't stop them. They will climb over, they'll climb under, and they'll climb around. They keep looking for another way until they find it. They never run out of food and shelter.

Often people attempt to live their lives backward: they steal, rob, swindle, corrupt, and defraud to earn a living. Others beg because they are lazy to work. They try to have more things or more money without sweating on it. But that’s not the way it actually works in life. You must sweat it out in order to have a decent life for you and your family.

For your inspiration here, let's look into the lives of some brave and extraordinary people that in spite of being disabled they are considered living legends in their own way and deserve a salute for their indomitable spirit:

Jeff Fabry At 15, lost his arm and a leg in a motorcycle accident but he is one of the world’s best archers. He’s a five-time Special Games world champion, a three-time Paralympic medalist. What makes his talent unique is that he mastered the art of firing arrows. But how could anyone pull an arrow with one arm? Fabry found a way to do it. He pulls the arrow back with his teeth by biting on a mouthpiece that he made from a nylon dog leash.

Another one is Ibrahim Al Husseini Hamato is an Egyptian Para table tennis Champion, winning several honors over the years, including the silver medals in the African Para table tennis Championships in 2011 and 2013. Hamato lost both his arms as the result of a train accident when he was 10. But how could anyone hold a racket in a table tennis with no arms? Hamato had discovered a way by holding the handle of the racket with his mouth.

This one is unsurpassed; a man named Thana from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala, India is an inspiration. He was paralyzed for life due to a terrible accident. But he rebuilt it in an amazing way. Thaha is making umbrellas and other products and earns his livelihood lying in his bed. He used Facebook as his flat form to sell his self-made umbrellas.

TURN ON THE FAUCET

Unfortunately, due to the current economic hardships besieging our beloved country, So many people become discouraged in pursuing their dreams and instead let them wither away and die. The situation and the circumstances around had forced some people to live in disharmony and they just walk around their world like a carcass that is just following the masses.

You know, I don’t blame those who have lost hope and more so, I don’t blame PRRD because everybody can see how sincere he has been in trying to bring our country to normalcy. But you see, in times of adversity, when things go wrong, nobody can boast to himself he could still have that stability in mind while under pressure and continuously under a looking glass. This is worst when you are the President and people are expecting so much from you.

Much has been written about stories even in the Bible where big problems are not solved by big minds but always by small minds. Few examples are: God used a shepherd Moses to lead the Israelites during the Exodus; God used David to kill Goliath; God let Jesus be born from a poor family of Joseph and Mary and be delivered in a barn, and many more.

I always remember that James Bond movie where Roger Moore was pursued by the bad guys and he jumped into a boat and the motor doesn’t seem to start no matter how he tried. So he asked help from the children swimming nearby. One of the children just turned on the gasoline passage that was shut off at the time.

For me, the solution of our country’s problem does not need a sophisticated solution coming from Harvard graduates, Military Generals, or with such credentials as Ph.D., MA, MSc, DSSC, STL, DBL etc. In fact, the solution is so easy that it’s like turning on the switch of the gasoline passage that has been placed into off position for a long time like what happened in the James Bond movie.

JOKE JOKE JOKE-- TAKING A BREATHER FROM POLITICS

When no man has ever landed yet on the moon, a news broadcast was launched that a group of scientists who wanted to test their rocket invention will pay as much as what the volunteer would demand to go to the moon.

History was about to happen at the level of its almost incalculable, extraordinary, unprecedented event where only 3 people came to volunteer, and they were: an American, Russian, and a Filipino. The American was the first to be asked the question-- how much would you ask to go to the moon and what will you do with the money? He answered; I’m going to ask 1Million because I will leave it to my family since I’m sure this journey will lead to my death.

Then, the Russian was asked the same question, which he replied: I will ask 2Million because the 1Million is for my family and the other million I will give it for charity.

Then, the Filipino who was sporting a dazzling yellow T-shirt as he walked in braggadocio had his turn and was asked the same question, which he replied: I will ask 3Million, which stunned the interviewer. But why would you be asking such a big amount of money more than the American and the Russian? The Filipino pulled the interviewer to the side and whispered to him the following words; “we will give the 1Million to the American because that was the amount he was asking anyway, and the remaining 2Million will be split between the two of us at 1Million each, what do you say, OK?”

IT WILL HAPPEN AS SURELY AS THE SUN RISES IN THE EAST AND SETS IN THE WEST

I keep harping and repeating this call to my countrymen hoping their 'brother-love' morality, which they had been too innocently generous to understand will come to their right senses and refrain from what they know is wicked and unrighteous. I’m also wishing that the light of the word does shine through to motivate them and heed the clarion call to reform.

This space of mine will often discuss the cause and effect which has become a pattern and has formed as the stronghold in the bones of many in choosing our political leaders based on money, looks, idolization, and adoration, and then the consequential damages that plague our country all the time. This cycle of the election, followed by the assumption of new political leaders, then, later, the worsening crisis we felt in our country due to corruptions, then rallies and demonstrations, then the rumors of coup d’ėtat.

If those Filipinos will not go cold turkey with this addiction in choosing our leaders, the problem will always turn into a vicious cycle with no end at sight, as we keep staring death in the face. This will keep on shuttling back and forth from election to election unless we ourselves will cut the Gordian Knot and resolve the issue once and for all.

This must be broken—or our nation will always be haunted by this vicious cycle of political leaders who keep coming and swarming like a plague of locusts taking turns at devouring and darkening our nation. With each and every occasion, as long as the people fail to quit said pattern, the crucial point is inevitable. Our country God forbids could soon be controlled by lynch mob—groups of people go and attack Malls, stores, and groceries-- get everything they can, killing anybody who stands their way. Then, the rich people will be thrown with rocks in their cars or in their homes and hanged; and the streets are empty with people for fear of being mauled and killed. The police and the armies cannot do anything because they also have their families to save. This had happened already in post-Civil War Southern American society. The result will be a dog eat dog nation and millions of Filipinos will die. The political leaders who caused the disaster will be fine as they have plenty of money ready in their cash bolts, and all they have to do is to go out the country at the first sign of the fracas.

We do not want that to happen. This is our country, our forefathers had established it through tears, sweat, and blood, and we cannot afford to fail them. It is the duty and the obligation of all those of good will to attempt to save this Nation and that starts with unity and to vote based on what we truly believe to be the "wisest" choice.

THE DEVIL-MAY-CARE TACTICS OF THE CALLOUSED CONSCIENCE

In our younger years when all we care were just fun and games and enjoy the green leaves of summer, we were indoctrinated to respect, believe, and be loyal to the government. We have learned them by rote and repeat them regularly from our families, the church, from school, even from the media. Proudly backing a county's leaders become natural for the loyal, patriotic citizen who will not be swayed for whatever reason. Many were brainwashed and have done it, still do it, and many more will continue to do it!

But many found from those leaders with their minions and lackeys in the Benigno Pnoy era a treasure trove of horrors --the unrelenting corrupt practices and more looting of public funds, and then, pulverizing yet some more of our already impoverished and devastated nation that their metamorphosis was rapid.

Supposedly honest and capable leaders with their slogan ‘Tuwid na Daan’ have been proven to be liars and incompetents. What goes through the minds of the loyal citizens when lies, deception, and demagoguery that brought our country to chaos is disclosed? What goes through the minds of the Patriots when promises and predictions of investments from abroad -- "cakewalk," "mission accomplished," "welcomed with flowers" -- never occur? Naturally, their lies with open-mouthed disbelief to play the fool like a host of faults... officious, vicious and suspicious as useless as a mongo to a drongo, stand outside discipline and false values, have surely made our loyalty armor vanished.

These Yellows by any other name or by any color they wear are still the ones whose faces have sank a thousand ships and are going to fail us for life if we will give them the chance to lead us once more. There is no room for them even in hell. It is now in their nature to deceive, lie, and corrupt some more squeezing every drop of our blood like a vampire. They are the rare ones and no amount of masquerade and the charade they’re going to do, they are still the same because there can never be two perfumes in one flower. There is no need to trace their roots to find the results of your reactions because the nature of a thing is the product of its multiples, fools, and artificiality go hand in hand.

Let’s sort this country out. Let’s stop these robbers: the Yellows, the mainstream media, the election surveys from their ridiculous predictions. We are living in a sea of ignorance because the mainstream media have sold out. The Yellows can easily fool us they are winning in the Senatorial survey because the media keeps on spreading the result of the surveys whose sources have also sold out. These survey results are crappy and fake. We are being brainwashed by the media and these survey sources and let’s not be fooled again by its devil-may-care tactics.

THE MESSAGE TO MY BELOVED FILIPINOS

There is really no one that is relentlessly trying to depose the President but only that opposition under the umbrella of the Yellows. These people traffic in false equivalences and the fact is they never wanted PDU30 for a selfish personal reason. Clearly, PDU30 has changed the course of their lifestyle whose desire has always been easy money. With PDU30 on the helm, gone are the days of the moochers who claim your money by tears, or of the looters, who take it from you by force, who had always thought of wealth as a static quantity to be seized, begged, inherited, shared, looted or obtained as a favor. Now, their heyday was replaced by despair and convulsion.

We have already seen the Yellows’ corruption, deception, and lies in every way and the major causes of the plunge of our economy during their administration. In their regime, money is flowing on their laps not in goods, but in favors, when they got richer by graft and by pull than by work, and our laws don’t protect you against them but protect them against you, when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice, thus, our country has gone to the dogs.

In the saga of last man standing battle, only you have the power to choose between PRRD’s candidates vis-a-vis the Yellows. For much of what the critics say, nothing could be further from the truth that PRRD is driving our country to the path of progress. We must jump on the bandwagon with PRRD because when one has ones wherefore of life, one gets along with almost every how. As grim as things may seem right now, the moment you commit to vote from your conscience is the moment your life begins to shift.

THE PREDICTION OF THE LATE PRESIDENT MLQ WAS PROVERBIAL

I Remember the slogan popularized by the late President Manuel L. Quezon: “I would rather have a government run like hell by Filipinos than under the American rule.” Indeed, our government has been in the hands of Filipinos ever since and what we have had in return is, they drove us down the trail of tears back to an emptier and lonelier house.

The chain of events attributing to the acts of every public official whom we keep on voting is absolutely and inexorably the pinnacle of injustice as they are violating the law with impunity. It makes you wonder how the mechanism of their ideas was like at a time that calls for clear-eyed thinking. IT WOULD CHOKE YOU UP! We would have no other logical conclusion, but they are emboldened in doing everything wrong because they found everyone as impotent and cannot do anything against them. We have allowed ourselves to be tamed by these public officials.

This sentiment being expressed is but the grain of mustard seed, the least of all seeds, but when it is grown because of our permission, it will surely become a large tree, overspreading the land with its boughs, so that the fowls of the air, the birds of prey, will come and lodge in the branches thereof.

From now on, We should not rush like a rat race for pointless pursuit into voting for a candidate that we look up to because of their stature, or because he/she buys votes, or is perceived brilliant, or because of his/her skill of persuasion. For even in relationships which are meant to last and to laugh, but sadly, it can break apart. Do we not believe that man is most noble, most creative, and most happy when under the rule of no mind and influence but his own?

I think if you’re going to vote for a particular candidate, not only you will look forward to figuring out where that candidate is going to bring us, it’s good also to look back in what direction that particular candidate had brought us in the past as well. There is no darkness that can conceal the bastardization and the abomination to corrupt that these reelectionist Senators and those who had a part in running the previous Pnoy administration, the fidus Achates like ex-CJ Sereno, have done to our Nation. They cannot brag that they are honest because they have not been caught or convicted.

Greatness is nothing but the results of habitually doing the right thing for the right reason. Sometimes it takes courage and integrity to do so but it's a small price to pay for the ultimate feeling of self-esteem that it offers and realize how important it is that we reach the end of the road and claim the prize.

OUR GOAL IS TO SAVE OUR COUNTRY

These National reelectionist Senators who even owe their present status from us have now a common traditional belief to be reelected on and on to maintain their untouchability and continue to empty the coffers of the government treasury through corruption, etc. We know that because of what they have done until now the people have been living in gloom and were gloomy. I feel that our indulgence and leniency has brought all these Senators through every form of sensual excess to be morbidly attracted to money and power in all its forms, which they can neither endure their vices nor face the remedies needed to cure them.

These are problems which could have been dealt with at the first sign when these sycophants were still starting to fool us. However, we chose to be onlookers and tolerated them. They are now an Everest-like stature, that plenitude, that towering height that makes everybody low and small. They grab everyone by the throat and spit in our faces whoever tries to stop them. They will pull you down, and their presence takes you down and down. They have become the embodiment of all that is darkly overloading our society with social ills of every description; poverty, drugs, the energy crisis, our nation’s economy, insurgency, terrorism, and issues of graft and corruption.

These reelectionist Senators whom we had given an inch, now they want a mile. They embody the exact characteristic of arrogance as to make not only the angels weep but thousands or millions of mortals. It's like time stood still for us and words cannot express what was about to come next.

It's easy to believe the lies that are being fed to us by these Senators that we are blind to follow and support. The lies escalate the battles. We spiral quickly into feelings of self-pity and anger with everything wrong they have vociferously done to us. We have seen the consequences and the ramifications from the trail to the situation we are now. If we want to reverse the course, we have to take a stand never again to vote for all of them. These are strong words that indicate effort. It's not something we can sit back and hope will happen. It's something we have to be intentional and insistent about. Just remember the difficulties and hardships we have gone through because of them.

NEVER THINK THE SAME WAY EVER AGAIN

In the early history of Homo sapiens in ancient times every creature learned their survival instinct to prevent their species from extinction. These are omens and premonitions that were effective to warn them in advance and get their adrenaline rushing and escape from imminent dangers. They learned them from actual experiences and observations, things that are poisonous, feeling of fear, smells and the scent of predators hunting them for food.

In this modern era, we are now living, this survival instinct is now carried out and built inside us and called instinct of self-preservation. But the same is not anymore applied to tigers and lions, dangerous things and objects like before, but to things and situations that tend to bring a feeling of fear in us. They are things and objects or people that are unknown to us, unfamiliar to us, and those outside of our comfort zone. This fear is activated by our survival instinct as it wants us to avoid things that we are not certain about or things that can possibly “hurt” us. Our instinct has mistaken these unknowns as something that poses a danger to our lives and wants us to stay away from it as far as possible.

This is what most people are using as their guide in the election. First impressions are highly influential, despite the well-worn admonition not to judge a book by its cover. Within a tenth of a second of seeing an unfamiliar face, they have already made a judgment about its owner’s character – caring, trustworthy, aggressive, extrovert, competent and so on. Paradoxically, we tend to undermine, look down, and pigeonhole candidates that are unknown, not a good English speaker, not always seen on TV, and poor, which means no money to buy votes. Once that snap judgment of racism or discrimination has formed, it is surprisingly hard to budge.

In every ramification for our intransigence to keep electing the National officials who served during the previous administration, the same thing what we are going to expect: extravagances, corruptions, and frauds that is going to mark the rule of the men in authority. Under its influence, patriotism has given place to partyism, considerations of the public weal having been abandoned by those that belong to party success, and our Senatorial elections would have degenerated into mere contests for a place.

LET THE SHADOW OF HISTORY BE OUR GUIDE

I was watching the re-electionist and the neophytes filing their respective Certificates of Candidacy, at the COMELEC National Office on TV. Memories flashed through my mind like an old newsreel. The parades and welcoming of candidates and the kind of celebration like confetti falling from heaven. Then, when the campaign starts, all these candidates for Senators will be loaded with impressive declarations full of promises and praises for the masses, like gold and diamonds.

Naturally, all these sugar-coated speeches accompanied with Jokes and braggadocio more often than not, are swallowed by the masses with reckless abandon and felt they are like diamonds that last forever in the heart of the candidates. But after they crossed the hard road of make-believe and win the election, the masses cannot even get near them as barriers like walls are around them and their securities are like one gigantic thunderstorm ready to release all its power and energy in case the masses charged.

This is what we got from these politicians whom we elected and are supposed to make our lives easy and ensure to provide us with good things of life. But it was indeed paradoxical that the vast majority of the populace was unable to afford even the basic necessities of life, which are food, water, and shelter. The irony is that the public officials holding the reins of government are living in utmost luxuries spending money left and right.

For God’s sake, what is wrong with us? All We have to do is to say that’s enough and it will be stopped. But we are gripped in fear and do not charge forward. Do we still have the patience to take some more even we are miserable as a dog in a house of death? It’s about time people cultivate wisdom from their experiences of the past and be an enlightened adept against those skilled in the principles of persuasion.

Let me focus on these Senators seeking reelections. They were part of those that had scattered an extreme magnitude of destruction and trampled the economy of our country through corruption. They were even opposed to Federalism and insist on holding on to the presidential government because it is their goose that lays the golden egg. These Beelzebubs have milked the cow for too long. Like a balloon that once it is expanded the first time, never shrinks to its original size, these Senators greedily hoard money as a miser does gold.

Think about it, these re-electionist Senators will continue the infamy and the law of the lawless under the presidential government. They refuse to loosen their hold on it to keep the Filipinos under their grip and control them all the time as slaves, courtiers, and factotum. The realm of perpetual darkness is in our hands if it will continue or it will be stopped.

THE PUBLIC OFFICIALS NEED THUNDER WITH HEAVEN

People work differently in different cultures in relation to time. One distinction is whether people are 'monochronic' or 'polychronic'. Monochronic people; they are the kinds who are known for being punctual, giving great importance to doing things on time. They tend to do things linearly and orderly, one at a time, and if somebody throws off the schedule by not doing the job on schedule, they get upset.

Polychronic people, on the other hand, they focus more on people and relationships, and they do many things at the same time, and if something doesn't happen at the specified time, for them, it isn't a big deal. The U.S., England, Germany, Scandinavia - they're predominantly monochronic cultures. Most other countries are polychronic like Mediterranean countries, the Middle East, Africa, most of Asia. In these countries, the fulfillment of the transaction will all depend on lots of things.

In the Philippines, particularly in our bureaucracy, Monochronic or Polychronic has no significance at all. The public officials, in general, do their duties and obligations in the service for the public, as always, in an inordinate delay as if there are such things inside them as vampires... energy sucking, draining vampires that zap all their positive energy. But everything that is in a snail pace movement can turn into a rocket velocity if grease money lands into the right palms.

Admittedly, nobody can change the long-standing norm that money is the alchemy of power to brew synthetic rule on honesty into dishonesty. In fact, Money is the end that justifies all means. It is the rationale that permits decent men to make indecent decisions. It is therefore unlikely that total virtue will ever find its way into the corridors of men who wield power.
