The issue is about the
shoving off and pointing an accusing finger by P/Major Gen Guillermo Eleazar at
the police involved in extortion activities. The female anchor tried to come in
on her moral high horse was very condescending in her question through a phone
patch from Gen Eleazar, trying to undercut the legitimacy of any answer that he
was going to give.
The extortion activity,
kidnapping for ransom, drug problem, and criminality committed by some of the
police officers have already gone to unfathomable extremes. It is now the
genome of the entire sequence of the chromosome of corruption in the PNP
organization which requires a gargantuan task to solve.
Nevertheless, the PNP
hierarchy is doing their best to cleanse their ranks from these police
scalawags. But the repeated attempts to defuse the situation are ignored and
the errant is not showing any sign of standing down. That’s about sums it up
the reaction of Gen Eleazar to be furious to the apprehended extortionist
policeman.
If we’re just keeping it
a whole stack, nothing makes any police superior see red like the invasion of
the safety and security of the citizens by the very people whose sworn duty is
to serve and protect them. Of course, Gen Eleazar’s rage is not pretty. But
this doomed policeman and 12 others have committed the most unforgiving sin of
all, the one of stupidity. Therefore, to expect Gen Eleazar to be so friendly,
he is not.
You could argue with me
the other way, but the idea what I’m saying is far-fetched, if you come to it
from that point of view, you’re either irrational, or you’re just being
dishonest, that’s like a basic dishonest position.
