I cannot sit
idly by the kind of curse to the Filipinos. Thus, I poured all my sentiments
today on the occasion of “Father’s Day”
From scratch,
Lea Salonga as a gifted child was chasing a dream in the movie screen as a
child actress. By then, the Filipinos were looking at Lea Salonga in all
glowing terms, gave her love and support and she was transformed into a special
rose, dressed so delicately in its fragrant velveteen petals. The Filipinos
made her personality too shiny. But sadly, later on, we find that it’s her own
very shoes that are causing the dirt.
As in the
nature of things, because she was so caught up in her own bubbles, she forgets
to think about and appreciate the things that the Filipinos did for her and the
sacrifices they made in spending their last cents just to watch her movies and
concerts. She became hopelessly lost in the maze of life. You see, confused
thoughts produce confused results.
Now she bites
the hand that fed her when recently she says: Putang Ina, ang mga Pilipino
Mahirap Mahalin. This is what it is called ungrateful.
You know what,
when it rains it pours. Now, Lea Salonga will lost all her endorsements because
the companies that hired her as talent are all Filipinos. Truly, everyone must
take care of his/her success that he/she should never be complacent because
where you are now something will turn up, as it always does, that could change
your life within seconds.
