MY CLASSMATES LET US THANK GOD THAT WE ARE HEALTHY

WE CAN WALK, WE CAN TALK, WE CAN HEAR 

LET US THANK GOD FOR WHO WE ARE 

AND WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING HE GAVE US

AND WHAT HE WILL GIVE US.

My God, this reminds me of when we were young. Last night Nov. 29, 2018, we celebrated our XUHS Batch ’68, 50 year Golden Jubilee, at Limketkai Atrium. It’s like a dream come true that many of us made it and we’re sorry for the 38 of our classmates who died. Everybody was watching us live on Facebook and at the venue itself because we feel like home.

Many of our classmates had been by ourselves like we were in our younger days dancing, laughing, and teasing each other the way we used to do in our high school days. The others chose to be more reserve projecting they have changed as if they were sad about getting old and that was just the way they thought proper to celebrate the event.

XUHS BATCH ‘68-- We have a different moment in time now, but the context of each of us whom we had fun together, and admire and respected are still the same. There’s been adversity in life’s lesson along the way, but we’re always ready for the next challenge.

THE PROOF DUTERTE IS A THINKING PRESIDENT

The fear and threats employed by PDU30 to stop drugs, criminality, and corruption have limited impact on behavior. According to Science, it is the thrill of a gain that induces a person to change behavior. But My God, PDU30 is doing both, the warnings to STOP and the gain for progress for our country as REWARDS.

It is a deep-rooted belief, that if fear is induced, it will get them into action. But warnings and threats as scientists have proven have very limited impact on behavior. It is because the effect is just to tend to shut down and put our head in the ground and try to eliminate the negative feelings by making rationalizations. Then, you assume that there’s really nothing to worry about. And this process can actually make you feel more resilient than you did before, which is why warnings sometimes have this boomerang effect.

Science finds that people tend to change belief towards a more desirable opinion, which means people listen to positive information. People take-in information they want to hear than the information that they don’t want to hear.

So, therefore, we might as well go along with how our brain works and not against it. Then use these 3 principles that will really drive your mind and your behavior, namely:

1) SOCIAL INCENTIVES, which means highlighting what other people are doing is a really strong incentive. Being social people, we really care what other people are doing. We want to do the same and we want to do it better.

For PDU30, he has shown he is not a corrupt president and progress is now the fight of his life making our dream into reality. By Duterte’s example, the others will tend to follow because they also want to be part to seek progress.

2) IMMEDIATE REWARDS. We value immediate rewards that we can get now more than rewards we can get in the future. The here-and-now reward you would rather have than something that’s uncertain in the future. This is realistic because receiving the reward now is sure compared to in the future which is unsure.

In Duterte’s case, he has shown he leads by example he is not corrupt. Without corruption, progress abounds around the nation.

3) PROGRESS MONITORING. This means to get the people’s attention by highlighting the progress, not the decline. This is because the thrill of a gain induces action.

The build, build, build program by rolling out 75 flagship projects worth a combined total of $36 billion in investments must be highlighted. Some of them have already been finished and opened for public use. Many others are expected to be realized in the future.

MY SIMPLE BUT REAL PORTRAYAL OF OUR PRESIDENT

My life experiences are a vast pool of knowledge living with one leadership as compared to the other. Simply stated, the Filipinos have experienced the kind of life we had during the leadership of both the Aquino’s mother and son presidency and we should know the outcome if their yellow-liberal party will return to power.

In many ways, like wine, it’s an acquired taste and once it’s tasted, it is now the basis to stick with it or not. Of course, nobody will live the kind of life that you experience in the Pnoy era where they live in utmost luxuries and satiation while the stomachs of the people whom they have sworn to serve and protect are empty and are wrapped up with all kinds of sufferings and insecurities.

We remember in Cory’s regime: 8 coup de’etat and the destabilization in our country due to indecisive leadership. In the Pnoy regime: Dengvaxia tragedy; Billions of pesos they looted from the Yolanda donations; the Mamasapano massacre; the loss of the West Philippine Sea; the uncontrollable problem of corruption, drugs, criminality, sowing disorder and destabilization in our country. 

Whereas, in the more than 2 year period of PRRD, the country is undergoing “Build, Build, Build” program that is designed to modernize the country’s infrastructure backbone by rolling out 75 flagship projects worth a combined total of $36 billion in investments. 

Let it be said coming from me, President Duterte’s gesture in kissing the Philippine Flag after every speech he makes has always been the representation of his love of our country without fear or favor. President Duterte’s love is like a tree that will give its shade even to the man who is striking it down and it will even leave its sweet smelling scent on the ax.

THE SCREW THREAD KNOT FITTED TO THE BOLT OF CORRUPTION

On almost every other issue we have to be concerned, the Filipinos have different points of view; but on this one where nobody is afraid anymore to go into the extremes even to kill or be killed just to survive, they’re two of a kind.

I mean, with all the ramifications that brought a lot of pain, hardships, and danger to everyone due to corruption, the worst that some enterprising individuals have thought about as their creative license to survive is MURDER FOR A FEE-- the proliferation of hired killers known as ‘Riding in tandem’. Killing somebody is now a lucrative business and the ones engaged into it had even the temerity to advertise themselves as specializing in fast work and affordable prices. This is a hideous feeling like seeing a cobra crawling at sight.

This is how horrendous the situation for YOU and ME appears. These hired killers are going to make our lives a living hell for a fee every single day. That’s the bottom line.

The root cause of all these is the corruption by the public officials caught in the grip of avarice to the extent of ignoring the inner moral compass in favor of amassing more and more wealth that brought most of the Filipinos into penury. The country has now come down where big fish eat small fish, small fish eat mud.

Corruption has now become a tradition and culture in our country that as public officials; it is natural for them to claim the privilege to corrupt without regard to the tears and sufferings to most of the citizens. The Filipinos are now among the scrub at the lowest level to the standard of living in the world. Our dreams in life were somewhere way off in the distance.

I only sympathize with PRRD of his effort and dedication to stop corruption. But not until PRRD discovers the formula where the problem and the solution will find each other like a screw thread knot fitted into a bolt, not an ocean of tears, neither the friendship of China, nor all the guns in the world can transform those public officials from evil into Saint for our country to survive tomorrow.

THE FILIPINOS ARE PROGRAMMED AS NOTHING BUT RUBBER STAMP

My close friend and also my XUHS Batch ’68 classmate Sammy Ortiz was bragging sometime ago about how he was able to train his dog to salute. How did you do it, I asked? He proudly said, “Well, every time I arrived home I commanded it to salute, and if it will not execute the salute, I hit its right temple. That ritual became a routine every time I came home. So that it became automatic for the dog that as soon as I arrive and make my command to salute, the dog already knew it had to cover his right temple with its right foot, and it looks like it was making a salute as commanded.”

Ha, ha, ha, that is how you reacted to these fools, stupid, traitor, and corrupt menace to our society politicians and their kind whom you address by the title Sir. They usually are wearing suit and tie but in reality, they are nothing but Liars, thieves, dope dealers, and Dengvaxia mass murderers who were just lucky to get their degrees in good Universities and able to have a command in the English language. You keep on bowing and bowing and ready to respond to their wishes like a rubber stamp because you are afraid to make them mad if you don’t. This is hideous because, in that way, you are no different of that dog Sammy Ortiz trained to salute.

Having been conditioned to act that way for a long period of time, you fit the programming in your head and you believe you cannot break away. The command in your thoughts was deafening and the response to obey was rooted in your soul and was swallowed by you and the masses with reckless abandon. The adoration never seemed to end from the beginning up to this time even in deep slumber or in your dreams.

Now, I’m saying, those were the days when most of you have allowed yourself to be pulled around like a cow with a nose ring attached that you have no choice but to toe the line. But now, you are more critical in your thinking. You can already see the difference between what is right and what is wrong.

This is already the DUTERTE ERA, the modern world where old worn out ideas no longer work; they are only fit for the garbage bin.

Just remember, you are Eagles not chickens, you are the master, not slaves, and most importantly, you are human beings not a camel, an elephant, or a cow. 

WE ARE EAGLES NOT CHICKENS

What is happening in our country, what is happening to us? The Filipino people are a lame duck because we are not functioning as a sovereign people as the Constitution provides. So, these traitor politicians at the helm had the gumption of keeping the Filipinos at bay as they continue to bastardize everyone. Even our beloved PRRD was not spared with the anecdotal, abysmal, and egregious, with their angling ad hominem attacks as they do it at will.

The traitors have been overwhelmed in subjecting their own countrymen at every opportunity to corrupt, squeezing every drop of blood out from you that it even pales in comparison to every vampire on earth. They have the gumption to do whatever they want because they knew you are impotent against them. You have been used to bow and bow and keep bowing to these traitors and corrupt politicians since time immemorial that you thought you are meant to be that way, an ugly mark you cannot rid yourself off.

While you have always thought in vain that you cannot break away from the shackles of Presidential government, you eventually forgot THAT YOU ARE EAGLES, the sovereign authority from which all government authority emanates from it. Therefore, the Filipinos must wake up now as PRRD is showing us what kind of government the Filipinos deserve. Let’s not lose this chance with PDU30 behind us.

Let’s not be like this story: A man found an eagle's egg and put it in a nest of a hen. The eaglet hatched with the brood of chicks and grew up with them. All his life the eagle did what the chicks did, thinking he was a chicken. He scratched the earth for worms and insects. He clucked and cackled. And he would thrash his wings and fly a few feet into the air.

Years passed and the eagle grew very old. One day he saw a magnificent bird above him in the cloudless sky. It glided in graceful majesty among the powerful wind currents, with scarcely a beat on his strong golden wings. The old eagle looked up in awe. "Who's that?" he asked. "That's the eagle, the king of the birds," said his neighbor. "He belongs to the sky. We belong to the earth - we're chickens." So the eagle lived and died a chicken, for that's what he thought he was.

THE WILLING VICTIM

People were hungry for the truth; they wanted to know what really is going on why only PRRD and most of the Filipinos want a change from presidential into a Federal form of government.

There’s a group of the elite for a long number of years now who tell the president what to do, dictate to Congress what bill to pass, tell the Central Banks on any given day what they’re going to give as the rate for a dollar. Even if the president cannot be dictated like in the case of PRRD who they cannot toy up, still they can control the government as they still have the Senators, the Congressmen, and the media.

The people need to understand the inner workings of the elite. These people think that they have a right to do what they’re doing. They are fully convinced that you and I are dumbed, stupid, don’t understand what they’re doing and most people don’t.

These elites in connivance with both houses of Congress tricked and fooled us by putting the screws on the Filipinos to stick and rot to the presidential government because it is the kind of government they want. The elites were setting us up many many years ago to make a slave out of the Filipinos. Did you know about it? Everything happening today is being done by them with the connivance of the politicians.

This is how we were duped. Yes, We are the Constitutional Republic and We the people tell the government what to do. The government doesn’t tell us what to do. We are supposed to be telling the government what to do. But what words did they use in the Constitution?

Under Article XVII, SECTION 1. Any amendment to, or revision of, this Constitution may be proposed by:

(1)The Congress, upon a vote of three-fourths of all its Members; or (2) A constitutional convention; and (3) through people’s initiative but only to amend the Constitution under SECTION 2.

Pursuant to the above provisions, the change of government from presidential to Federal can only be realized by revision of the Constitution, which can only be done by Congress and by delegates elected to revise the Constitution, but never through amendment, which the elite through the politicians had designed so that the Filipino people will be handcuffed and chained to presidential government and be their slave forever. Did you get it?

Even PRRD cannot insist against the opposition of the Senators and Congressmen. Did you notice that the Draft of the Federal Constitution had been thrown to the sideline by these politicians? If our sovereign right under the Constitution is to mean anything, we cannot permit. Otherwise, we are going to continue as a slave.

WELCOME PRESIDENT XI JINPING OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA

If there’s a silver lining to this sad sordid picture where our sovereign authority over the South China Sea is now controlled by China, the latter, in return, is eyeing to make the Philippines a close ally like what America is to Israel.

The China–Philippines alliance will certainly contribute more than ever to China’s security as to strategic military advantage over the control of the entire Asian countries. However, bilateral cooperation to deal with both military and nonmilitary challenges has grown in the PRRD’s Regime. The relationship may not be symmetrical; the Republic of the Philippines’ toleration for China to take possession and control over the South China Sea pale in comparison with the economic, military, and political gains that China has provided for the Philippines.

PRESIDENTIAL GOVERNMENT IS THE DESTINATION FOR CORRUPTION

Pres. Duterte on Sunday fired DSWD Undersecretaries Maria Lourdes Turalde-Jarabe, Mae Ancheta-Templa, and Hope Hervilla. As you all know, DSWD has the penchant of buying low-grade food items in voluminous proportions without concern of its expiration dates. When they are distributed to the calamity victims, they are already unfit for human consumption. The bottom line of all these is again CORRUPTION.

When will the corruptors’ consciences grow so tender that they will act to prevent human misery rather than fatten their bellies?

Through CORRUPTION, there are armed robbers, kidnappers, Drug addicts, murderers, terrorists, destabilizers, tax evaders, etc everywhere. There’s no direction to solve the country’s problems under the Presidential system of government. This country has nowhere to go.

Ever since the famous ‘run like hell’ quote of Pres. Manuel L. Quezon, Public funds that should have been used to fuel the country's engines of progress found their way into the pockets of Public officials from all facets of government. Corruption in our country has become bigger than our illusions that our public officials are concentrating on who gets more, and all Filipinos could see is nothing but corruption, corruption, and corruption.

The Politicians have become wealthier and bigger than life that You are afraid to make them mad so You temper Your words by calling these corrupt and blatant liars nice polite things as Honourables. Our fear had sunk in deeper like the ocean floor. That’s why you could not fight but only wait to die? All that matters is that it is your entire family who would now stand against the many. You are now fighting for your life.

The things that will destroy a country are politics without principle; pleasure without conscience; wealth without work; knowledge without character; business without morality; science without humanity; and worship without sacrifice. Sadly, all these are conspicuously present in our country. And what is our system of government? Answer: PRESIDENTIAL!

THE LIGHT THAT OFTEN BLINDS EVEN THE IMPECCABLE ONES IS CALLED DESTINY

Our President that we have who is the oldest among the previous ones in the history of the Philippines that became President, who thrilled us, challenged us, made us laughed, and made us worry if he can survive his 6-year term, ultimately became the messenger of peace of the world. PRRD taught the world that life is best when you build bridges between people not walls. He has the complexion and the heart to protect not only the Filipinos but also the entire world.

At the ASEAN Summit held in Singapore, this was PRRD’s reply to a doorstop interview: “I do not mind everybody going to war, except that the Philippines is just beside those islands. And if there’s a shooting there, my country will be the first to suffer. That’s my only national interest there. Nothing else”.

What a great quote PRRD has made that illuminate the truths about our country’s stand over the plaguing issue in the South China Sea against the perplexing suspicion from the doubting Thomas why PRRD assumed a friendly posture towards China. This knockout statement will be the staple of PDU30’s career. It was like a breath of fresh air for the entire world. It’s just beautiful to hear and watch.

This happens once in every man’s life where a person is just meant to shine. If anyone gets caught in his moment, he gets blinded by the light.

That light that often blinds even the impeccable ones is called destiny.

POLITICIANS PRAISE YOU UP THEN RIP YOU OFF

In the campaign as a candidate, politicians compete to stand out in the eyes of the public to win their support. But the way how they convincingly assured the people they have a great soul and vast views for their bright future, they suddenly change gear from praise you up into rip you off after they won, all because of their greed for money.

All the time, the Filipinos have been lured into a false hope. No matter what the politicians say during the campaign, they have become hooked to fraud, dishonesty, and deception as soon as they are sitting on their perch and they become too bad as a sucker for the rest of their term because they find us impotent.

Certainly, they give our country a bad name. I have known from people all my life that politicians are thieves with a smile. Indeed, if they promise you what they are going to do and you voted for them because you believe them in all honesty, but they did not perform, that’s fraud and deception, and the Filipinos must condemn in the strongest sense of the word. And that’s exactly what we’ve found.

If a lot of people will realize their fault why they keep on voting this breed of traitors into public office, a lot of people could be left with a lot less pain. I don’t know why some of you have to flat-out hit rock bottom-- emotionally, financially, mentally, and spiritually in order for you to repent.

What has happened to our country and to you has a lesson for us all.

FEDERALISM IS PEOPLE EMPOWERMENT

What we see in the Presidential government is that the authority to decide about the personal lives, about economic matters, about political matters is actually done by the elite groups of oligarchs who controlled our political leaders running the government for their collective personal gain reaping all the benefits, taking all the fruits, and the masses of the population finding themselves worse than they were before.

When these elites get into business on illegal drugs, our country is flooded with drugs. When these elites get into mining business, the mountains all over the country are ripped apart. When these elites think of borrowing money from foreign countries, they borrowed in trillions of pesos. In other words, whatever the elites want they get, and the worst thing is that they don’t bother about the progress and development of the respective Regions and Provinces in the entire country.

If you accept the reality of the problem under the Presidential government, then, you must accept that, yes, we, the Filipinos, must do a drastic action to change it to the Federal government. In Federalism, it is in consonance with the natural course of man that he has special loyalties and obligations towards your own people, towards your own community, and towards your own destiny.

In humans, consciousness and intelligence go together. Intelligence is the ability to solve problems; consciousness is the ability to feel things- to feel joy, sadness, boredom, and pain, and so forth. We often solve problems by feeling things. The really important thing is to liberate ourselves from suffering. So, who could be the right people that can see the underlying causes of the problem that they are suffering, and therefore have the commitment and the ability to solve it? It is obviously the people within the community that is directly affected. Remember: the grass is always greener where you water it near you.

Let me get this right; what, the elites and the oligarchs are supposed to be encouraged about improving the other people’s lives? But only to amass wealth to their heart's content. 

Federalism, therefore, means for the people to be empowered to shape their own destiny, to develop their own respective communities and environment and not rely on the government for handouts like parasites who depend on charity for survival. Spoon feeding, in the long run, teaches us nothing but the shape of the spoon. Accordingly, the Presidential government is defined as stealing an opportunity from the people to think or act on their own. It is a ladder to the wrong goal.

 

ONLY WHEN YOUR EYES ARE WASHED BY YOUR TEARS THAT FEDERALISM CAN BE SEEN WITH A CLEARER VIEW

The corruption, the oppression, the inequality, and the disregard of the rule of law were made easy to commit but hard to stop under the Presidential government. This has been proven by the fact that since 1935 that the nation has been under Presidential government, the lives of most Filipinos have been a living hell. That’s the bottom line, that was in a way hard to watch but in a way, you couldn’t look away. And all that the Filipinos can do is to just stare in disgust at these corrupt elected and appointed public officials because you are impotent against them, you know what I mean.

You cannot even look at them straight in the eye because of their power and wealth that glare upon us like a blazing sunshine. But deep down, you have that feeling of anger, hate, and condemnation at the people fall of grace that every note they struck, it just looks bad.

The landscape of serving in the government hasn’t changed. It is still honesty, efficiency, and teamwork. However, it’s been written that humans are insatiable wanting machines, designed to desire. It’s kind of sad because the very same quality that makes us these majestic creatures with intelligence like God has made us perpetually dissatisfied neurotic beings.

Now, under the Presidential government, the condition and the atmosphere of governance is just conducive to corruption because of the Centralization of authority which means the power of planning, supervision, control, and decision making are exclusively in the hands of the people in Imperial Manila. The mainstream media which are supposed to be the crimebusters by exposing these corruptors, are in lockstep with them.

As it is now as it has always been, when the corruptors and thieves have a sense of invulnerability, in the sense, that they can do anything they want under your noses and still escape from prosecution, then, you can expect all hell break loose.

WHATSOEVER A MAN SHALL COOK THAT SHALL HE ALSO EAT

Since the 1935 Constitution, the Presidential system has only produced a culture and tradition of corrupt and arrogant public officials who develop a hardened heart and a calloused conscience that lives hypocritically-- saying one thing but living differently. We must make a fundamental change in this culture and tradition that destroyed our country that placed us in decadence from the rest of the world. This can only be achieved through the Federal Republic Constitution.

This is the ugliest part of the Presidential government: everything that the Filipinos all over the country have produced through hard labor, go straight to the National government. It is where the Executive, the Congressmen, and the Senators get the lion’s share. Then the leftovers go to the Cabinet Secretaries, undersecretaries down the line to the Regional Directors who try to skim it further. After which, the residues are squeezed to the last drop to the respective regions down to the provinces for community development and infrastructure. The Filipinos cannot withstand anymore this kind of government which is actually the process of bastardization, in the sense, that it is the poor who are always getting the shortest end of the stick.

In the Federal Republic, the regions and the provinces are the ones that are tasked to develop their respective communities, invite and attract foreign direct investors to come easily into their areas by removing the 60-40 restriction to create jobs for the people. The revenue collections from all kinds of taxes go directly to them. The National government will just be given its share as provided under the law. This is the day that what you cook, you shall eat. Unlike the Presidential government that what you cook, another one eats.

Realistically, in the Federal Republic, the National government has no more control and domination over the people in the Regions and the Provinces because everything the National government had in its power will now be transferred and performed by the respective Regional States. Those in the provinces with important National concerns will transact their business no longer in Manila but already in the Regions or in the Provinces, as the case may be.

The anti-Federalism are saying that Federalism is the path to dictatorship, promote divisiveness, encourages double taxation, exemption of Congressmen from paying income tax, term extension, not decisive in economic development, no election, etcetera, they are all opposite of the truth. These are the people whose lives will abruptly turn from heaven into hell as the result of their golden goose being killed under Federalism. 

Now that you know, whatever this anti-Federalism say against it, why not laugh at them.

XUHS BATCH 1968 THE MEMORIES ARE IRREPLACEABLE

Our XUHS 1968 50-year Jubilee is something wonderful, exciting and indistinct. In fact, it would be everything for the exclusive crowd of people belonging to the batch. You know, the high school days are where the diversity of personalities and behaviors are drawn in the continuous stretch in never-ending line like the stars that shine.

I just suddenly got a great nostalgia thinking about our 50-year Jubilee and recalling how much fun I had while I was doing it and how practically everything that I learned has been incredibly useful in all the intervening years and remains useful to this day.

In our high school days, every day is a new canvas where everyone is eager to learn new things from each other usually the mischievous ones without a care in the world. But despite our differences all of us from the gentlest to the fiercest there is one thing in common, our world is an exciting place full of adventure and learning every day.

We miss each other when we were in years apart. We have gone to different paths and leaned to our memories as it was all that was left. But now we are together again our hearts melt with happiness and all rejoice with laughter as we thought it is forever. And all the happiness we always had is suddenly revived as we see each other again everything turned to laughter and our hearts sing.

Our high school days are where rhymes, chimes, and the daily grime meet. This is where who you were will not be who will become. This is where all that you are passionate about, all that drives you, is made possible. This is where passion is made possible. This was our stage when we were young and handsome.

   

SPEND MORE TIME AT WORK THAN TOO MUCH TALK

The argument at bar is full of short circuits. Like the antiquated wiring in an old house, the details sputter and burn out when specific parts are tested. It sounds like a house of cards that they’re just trying to build which won’t last.

The accusation is not synonymous with evidence. Mere allegation is not proof and should not be accepted as factually true (E. M. Patawaran Vs. R. T. Nepomuceno etc, A.M. No. P-02-1655. February 6, 2007).

It is not correct to argue that the refusal to counter-charge by PRRD was because if he does, would compel him to produce evidence to prove that Trillanes was lying. Said argument is flawed and against the grain of ordinary reality and assails common sense. Thus, it is enough for PRRD to ignore the allegation of Trillanes because he is not under obligation to disprove what has not been proved.

Trillanes’ allegation is just a fractured syntax that for a President of the Philippines, the accusation without proof only produced much waste of his valuable time. Like what Napoleon Bonaparte said: “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.” Besides, this accusation should really have no place in a judicial record. They cannot persuade; they do but irritate. What is worse, they are symptomatic of defects in the upbringing and the character of the person making the accusation which must be remedied.

The conclusion therein that “Therefore, Senator Trillanes is not lying” is likewise frivolous because in truth and in fact, Trillanes is lying through his teeth. The herein imputations which are lacking plausible support but only based on the opinion of Trillanes who has a considerable animus against PRRD should be fittingly treated for what they are — mere accusations founded on speculation and conjecture, if not sheer temerity. Otherwise, it would open the Pandora's box of abuse and anybody would be at the mercy of the shrewd, the sinister, and the disgruntled who could very easily vent their rancor against them through the mere expedient of hurling unsubstantiated — worse, even malicious and prevaricated — claims.

THE FILIPINOS MAY RESORT TO DRASTIC ACTION

The Filipinos have been enlightened and convinced by PDU30 that the only solution to the extreme magnitude of destruction of our economy through corruption, Drugs, criminality, foreign policy, insurgency, and terrorism, is a change of government from presidential into the Federal government. But look what happened to the effort and the initiative of PDU30? The Senators and Congressmen dumped the proposed amendment of the Constitution as they wanted to stick to the 1987 Constitution. As we all know, the 1987 Constitution was still patterned from the 1935 Constitution yet, which is the Presidential form of government.

God! What does the Philippines have any more? Our politicians under the Presidential government since 1935 up to the present scattered an extreme magnitude of destruction to the Filipinos and trampled the economy of our country through corruption, Drugs, criminality, foreign policy, insurgency, and terrorism. What they have done was the greatest injustice imaginable.

We parents all hope for a better tomorrow. Any parent knows his every dream for the future because it beats in the heart of his child. Your child’s heart beats his father’s dreams, and his father’s heart beats his child’s dream. It’s how we are made. The Filipinos’ dream is passed down from generation to generation, to generation.

This is the imperative and all-important reason why We fight for Federalism because we must fight if we are to live in a world where every Regional State/country can shape its own destiny.

If we need to follow the angry Ukrainians who have gone to the extreme, seizing their corrupt politicians, one of them was Viktor Pylypyshyn, and throwing him into a big bin, the Filipinos must do so if these Congressmen and Senators will dilly dally the change of government to Federalism.

FEDERALISM IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY INTO OBLIVION

I will only be too glad if I can excite in you the power of critical thinking for yourselves about all the Current Affairs that rocks the nation at every going moment with every ticker of the clock.

In Presidential government we have now, the Filipinos work hard and give all the produce of their labor to the National government, and then, we beg to be given whatever they can give us. In Federalism, the Filipino people work for our own community and the National government will wait what we can give them as their share. This means it is the reverse.

Therefore, We want Federalism because We want the people to move up in our community on our own and not to be dependent. We are going to remove some of the issues that are depressing the economy so that we can create the right situations and learn how to turn over the wealth in our own community and how to reach back and pull others up. The person who has the most to do and what happens to you in life it’s you who will decide. It’s not the environment and it’s not somebody else. We must reinstall the can-do attitude not what can you do for me or what have you done to me attitude.

In this Duterte era, we must weave a tapestry that will draw us together with a sense of awe and wonder the promise for justice and peace in our country. We have to make this new era a memorable one because the previous eras had been insufficient. They seem to point simply to happiness is materialism or more things are the better we are, such that only the powerful will benefit therefrom.

Think about this, in simple words, under the Constitution, we, the Filipinos, as the sovereign people, are the source of all the powers of the government and we should establish a government that corresponds to what we believe as perfect that ensure public safety, welfare, and security. The Filipino people must change the Presidential system of government into Federal government because the former has been the root cause of the economy going into a spiral of dysfunctionality, a cycle of violence bursting with impunity.

Our Leaders who are corrupt are still craving for everything more, still striving to hold on to power under the Presidential form of government because it suits with their political desire and inordinate ambition and to be all powerful like God. They are like dogs that begrudge others even just to have their leftovers.

But not anymore. We are the masters and not the corruptors’ slave. The Filipino people must not allow these corruptors to continue further with their insatiable greed for money, power, and injustice. They would have no reason to exist if they are allowed to use their power as tools of injustice, deception, and duplicity to subvert and oppress the people, instead of repositories of justice and equity.

SUPPER TYPHOON YOLANDA 5TH ANNIVERSARY

Today is the 5th year anniversary of Yolanda Super Typhoon which hit the Visayas Region particularly Tacloban City and its neighboring towns. Authorities had called it the deadliest, most destructive disaster in our country's recent history. Everything along the path of the typhoon was wiped out, people have found their lives in tatters, and hundreds of thousands were left homeless. What you can see was apocalyptically flattened with 7,350 people dead or missing.

What happened was, then DILG Secretary Mar Roxas, designated by former Pres. Pnoy the overall in charged before and after the landfall of Yolanda, was asleep all day long and it was the undergoing onslaught of the Typhoon that awakened him in his hotel. In the aftermath of the Yolanda, all the damaged areas were in ferment unrest and Mar Roxas was into a feud with Tacloban Mayor Alfred Romualdez.

Hence, all preparations crumbled in a domino effect, worst, Donations from foreign countries in Billions and Billions of cash money were pocketed. The rice, clothing, canned goods, blankets, rag dolls, medicines, soap, sanitary napkins, water jugs, sleeping mats, kettles, etceteras, were being profited from the officials’ cooperation. Those that did not interest them were the ones distributed but in a worst disorderly manner that you can think of. Meanwhile, the disaster victims who were the ugliest of beings-- hungry and starving to death were like dogs waiting to be feed with leftovers.

For Mar Roxas and former Pres. Pnoy who had the command responsibility over the worst disaster that happened in the Yolanda, their ineptitude and lack of prudence that they are habitually been inclined into choosing the wrong direction had caused both of them a thousand years of regret and will haunt them until their last breath. You may not believe what I am saying here and No iron chain, or outward force of any kind, can ever compel the soul of a person to believe or to disbelieve.

To The previous Aquino administration, I have a message that is resonating all over our country: all of you have scattered an extreme magnitude of destruction to the citizens and trampled the economy of our country through corruption, Drugs, criminality, foreign policy, insurgency, and terrorism. What all of you have done was the greatest injustice imaginable.

You all are a psychopath that you just get your fixed opinion, you look for what reinforces it, you don’t read anything, you don’t think, you don’t philosophize that’s out the window. You only exalt the people who are like you and who are doing everything that all of you have been doing which is corruption. You are nothing but Liars, thieves, dope dealers, and mass murderers. I HOPE NONE OF YOUR TRIBE WILL THRIVE.

NOBODY IS INDISPENSABLE IN THE GOVERNMENT

I was still six (6) years old in 1957 and I already knew how contemptuous the reputation the said agency has been. The BOC was already incorrigibly corrupt even at the time when corruption was not yet endemic and systemic in our society. It’s just hard to believe that something this vast could have continued for this long without each one of them knowing about it, it just doesn’t make any sense. This is a scandal and the truth has a way of emerging from the insiders themselves. The BOC people are thieves and anyone who helped covering up is just as guilty as the other, that his silence was complicity.

The BOC is generating 4billion daily income despite the prevalence of corruption. If there was no corruption, the daily income would easily reach 12 billion daily. This can really rocket engine our economy. That should be an enormous elixir to economic growth. The Filipinos would not have been struggling to keep their heads above water.

Consider this; the specter of the bulk of money in the BOC is the reason war looms over the country. That’s why for the government, this is a matter of National Security because it can finance the ouster of PDU30 just like Col Billy Bebet of the Ram during Cory’s regime. We all know there are a series of contingencies and huge dangerous forces that constantly placed our country under tremendous strain and threat. We cannot discount the possibility that the BOC officials have been financing already the destabilizers. I’d say this it’s going to be incredibly difficult for any of us to try and guess what is going to happen. We are in a real period of unknown contingent possibilities. Thus, if we have to transform the BOC, the entire force has to be chopped off and no one should be exempted from it.

Mr. President, you cannot block your ears to these customs officials who have never done honest day’s work but want everything for nothing. Enough is enough.

In the fungi kingdom, the members that include mushrooms, yeasts, and molds, come in a startling array of forms but none can hold a candle to the utterly bizarre Clathrus archeri also known as the devil’s fingers for which the entire force of the BOC can be likened to. So that, no amount of constant guard even by a battalion of soldiers in cordon sanitaire can make these thieves concede the few inches of the ground. Therefore, this idea could throw the government into a never-ending spiral of unwinnable wars. It’s the same old hat, It is a back and forth affair. Remember this: “When you dance with the devil, the devil doesn't change. The devil changes you.”

You know what, sometimes I wish I was a bird so I could fly over the BOC people and shit on their heads.
