Our system of government only breeds corruptors that demonstrate
a lack of any kind of moral restraint. They are used to the dramatic and
terrible act and not being able to feel about what they are doing. So, there’s
nothing in the system that will prevent the corruptors from their corrupt
practices because the system is a chain of corruption. Regardless of what
agency of the government they are in, I can assure you, there’s always that hankering to corrupt and steal.
You know, it’s never the best career move to corrupt, but you
will be ostracized if you will not get along. It comes from the disorder of
things where most of our government officials didn’t work to serve the people
but rather as a way to become wealthy through corruption. This means if you
join the government, your cards were marked from that point on as a corrupt
official. You work like a machine, which is run with very specific guidelines
that there is no other way of working out to get along with everybody except
that everyone must give the respect of adhering the well-established underworld
lines which they all live by--the code of silence; that corruption is normal
and the way of life in the government. You have to set your hands dirty and
live a life in the wrong side of the law. Those kinds of things leave an
indelible mark and will never be erased from the individual psyche.
If you work in an environment where corruption is the currency,
you’ll gradually be pulled into that kind of a whole culture and be inculcated
into an underworld system. Truly, joining the government was a criminal
training ground as your whole time will expose you to some of the notorious
corrupt officials and their contacts, and your progression as corrupt
continued. It becomes extremely difficult to escape that kind of world view.
You had to work within those guidelines or you didn’t work at all. This is a
very strong, very significant message if you join the government. With these
kinds of government officials, they thrive in victimizing the government
through double cross and subterfuge.
These public officials are over the top, full of juice, and they
use their money fueled on corruption to save them, and they are vicious. They
had no scruples. Those who are new in the government had to absorb the corrupt
imagery they had seen in their surroundings.
Now, the employment with the government became the poisonous,
toxic environment and the already grim existence has now gotten a lot worse.
The blatant and fearless sprees of corrupt practices are now beyond the pale
and can be viewed as loose cannon in a perverse sort of way that threatened the
order the government has worked so hard to establish.
