Sen. Richard Gordon turned the Red Cross from friend to foe as he launched his own campaign by putting the screws to the government to stop conducting swab test after the PHILHEALTH accumulated a debt of nearly ₱931 million.
Sen. Gordon has now converted the Red Cross into a money-making entity instead
of a humanitarian organization. By just using both common sense and commonweal,
this is CORRUPTION. Sen. Gordon’s denial of the statement of PRRD therefore
that “Hindi kami mukhang pera” is a demolition of all our sense of rationality.
It clearly demonstrates the increasing fog that corruption supersedes the Red
Cross NOW.
