THE RENEWAL OF ABS-CBN FRANCHISE

Movie Screen love team Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano, Sharon Cuneta and other Philippine Cinema celebrities previously made a public plea to PRRD “to do the right thing” and reconsider his decision not to renew the ABS-CBN franchise.

Against all reasons, the above-mentioned people and their likes are blind to see what the ABS-CBN is doing to PRRD. He is not just doing well or doing good in our country, but he does both of them. But the ABS-CBN is manufacturing dissent, confuse truth and manipulate people’s thoughts, by amplifying whatever they want people to believe against PRRD.

What kind of people are you when you want to see more money than the welfare and well-being of the citizenry. What kind of people do that, it’s just doesn’t wash. To pretend the ABS-CBN is not outstandingly egregious, stupid, vile, and deeply immoral because of the easy and casual cruelty that it inflicts out on PRRD on a daily basis is to ignore reality obviously.

The ABS-CBN was the one involved in reckless, irresponsible and illegal behavior against fair and the true version of events that destroys the reputation of PRRD, especially in foreign countries. What this channel has been doing to PRRD is nothing but defamatory and falls short of accepted international and legal norms of reporting. Simply said, the ABS-CBN was spreading baseless reporting and they have caused a frenzy of anticipation with people of all persuasions.

It was pain and misery and trauma on a scale so large that it was almost unfathomable for somebody who was seeing it right in front of their eyes.

We support the free press but we also support a fair press and I think that those things should go hand in hand and there’s a certain responsibility by the press to report accurate information.

What does PRRD have to get back in return if the franchise of the ABS-CBN will be renewed? PRRD would not certainly give the ABS-CBN a sword to use it again to ram him through.

In the game of life, you throw the boomerang daily, in the form of actions and behaviors that you send out into the world, and that will return to you at some later date. You’ll never know where the return will be coming from — or when it will arrive — but it always comes. And the most troubling is that when it rains it pours and not only you will get soaked but also the ones you are always together with, which are the staff and employees.
