In his SONA, PRRD did 99% for the country and the Filipinos. But all Sen. Kiko Pangilinan and the ISAMBAYAN focused was the 1% that PRRD didn’t do just as yet, then, they heckled that nothing had changed in the country. No doubt such salty criticism would be running counter to a methodically epic performance that has gained irresistible momentum by time where PRRD stamps his name in the annals of greatness. He did it with the same heart and determination that had always driven him.
