AGAINST ALL REASON TRAVELING IS NOT OF MUCH HELP

As soon as Pres. Marcos became President of the Philippines, he and the first lady, and their entourage were routinely bouncing from one country to another at the drop of a hat with joyous abandon. Meanwhile, in every corner of the nation, corruption finds a way to seep into all institutions and establishments of the government, and private sectors everywhere. Corruption was bitten on the back burner because Pres. Marcos, Jr sleep on it. I am annoyed at his snarky attitude of luxurious travel which is a dumb move.

Whatever Mr. Marcos did and does as the President. I'll say, his life as President is going to have a tremendous void. The Filipinos have been denied of the essentials that humans need that could take them through in life because of corruption. The Filipinos made Mr. Marcos President because they perceived him as the confidence, the parquet floor, the mystique, the championship banner, the light unto the nation. But instead, he deprives the start of the process of resuscitating the country from its hemorrhaging economy, and the Filipino people a chance for a new life.

Pres. Marcos, Jr must realize that the problem is in our country and not elsewhere where traveling is the solution. Corruption is something that must keep him up at night, keeps him up most of the time. Solving corruption, is a commitment to progress and guided very closely by our national interests. Corruption is an important and unavoidable issue that we have to ventilate and we cannot also put it and sweep it under the rug, and pretend it's not happening.

Indeed, Pres. Marcos is not a part of the solution, instead, he is a part of a nationwide rampage of Corruption. Because in a way, beyond his acute awareness of the precarious condition of the country resulting to corruption, by resigning to solve it, he provided a protective cocoon to the corruptors to pulverize our economy, and bankrupt the government treasury. Corruption must be solved because the country is constantly breaking up faster, farther, and deeper than ever before.

Mr. Marcos must realize that his being a President is not for a show as what he is doing now. He must be realistic and determined to take issue with corruption. HE MUST TRY TO GET BETTER EACH AND EVERY TIME AND NOT TRAVELING ALL THE TIME.
