WELCOME TO A BETTER LIFE IN THE YEAR 2021

 

There were many speculations that bother everyone and nothing seems to stop the fear many have entertained as the product of their wild imagination. Then, as it is in the nature of man, all had to adjust and adapt to the situation. And to the light that I cast upon I only hope that what the soothsayer thought would be a dark sight in the year 2021 may never have shine too bright to blur my own sight and everything will turn out smoothly and as peacefully that no one had expected it to be.

To the infinite wisdom and intelligence, l desired in the past will now guide my rounds to the world where my shining star will lead me to with reason as my only absolute.

Success comes when one puts in more hours working than most people put into being awake.

TO: PRRD AND SEN. BONG GO, THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

 

For PRRD and Sen. Bong Go, their way of public service, it’s real simple: Substance over flash, grit over glamour, driven over given.

The people of our country bleed and sweat and live uncelebrated, they serve for them, and they became as one with them, and formed more than a team. They we’re movement from a spotlight on one, to a spotlight on all.

For PRRD and Sen. Go, it’s the right way over the easy way, every time, that’s how they do it.

PRRD DID NOT VIOLATE ANY LAW

 

In the news last night, the GMA Channel 7 made lengthy news coverage about the military and the police that were injected with Covid Vaccine. The newscasters have muddled with the brash proclamation that the act was illegal because there was no approval from the BFAD. They were fixated with outrageous levels accusing PRRD of allegedly violating the law.

Granting that PRRD approved the application of the said Vaccine to the military and the police who volunteered to have it, PRRD did not violate any law.

In administrative law, it is a too well-settled postulate to need any supporting citation, that a superior body or office having supervision and control over another may do directly what the latter is supposed to do or ought to have done.

Always remember, PRRD is the Chief Executive of the entire agency of the government and as such he has the control and supervision of all public officials in the government. Consequently, he may do directly what the BFAD is supposed to do or ought to have done. A fortiori, if PRRD gave his approval, he has every right and authority to do so under the law and the Constitution.

 

THE 7TH AND LAST PART OF THE 7 SERIES--MY IDEA CAN SOLVE CORRUPTION IMMEDIATELY

In my idea, the corruptors are given a choice: One side of the coin is: whether to make quick money but with the fear of certain imprisonment; and the other is, not having the joy of making quick money and instead have these corruptors entrapped by the authorities and get the package deal reward, and most of all, be recognized a hero. As between the two choices, it is as clear as day and as surely as the sun rises in the East, that by the instinct of self-preservation, and the rare opportunity of a lifetime to leave a lasting legacy to their families and to the Filipino people as a hero, the corruptors will always choose the latter.

I am waxing lyrical here. I’m saying we must wake up. Without corruption, our future is so bright it blinds my eyes. That’s what I see and I’m saying what I’m saying and I’m passionate about it. When you go see the marginalized people living in the slum areas out there everywhere, I could say to myself those kinds of living conditions should not exist in our country. You certainly weep every time you see these kinds of people in those places. Then, you see how they have taken life by how they live. They know nothing else in this world but to struggle every day just to survive with unlivable conditions. We need to give these people a sense of hope. And if there’s anything we can do to help these people elevate the condition of their lives we must solve corruption immediately.

Stopping corruption would certainly shine a spotlight on Duterte’s reign as president.

You can be the best president with the sight of many accomplishments to behold. But you can be the GREATEST PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY BOOKS when you go over big by showing the ability to do what all past presidents failed to do-- a unanimous demolition of the greatest menace of the country—CORRUPTION.

5) LIFETIME PENSION OF THIRTY (30) THOUSAND PESOS PER MONTH WHICH WILL GO DOWN TO HIS FAMILY IN CASE OF DEATH. The reason for this reward is to secure the hero and his family they will not be living in a state of breakdown during his lifetime and after his death. He must not feel abandoned while hanging on his feet overcoming the long odds in the surviving days of his life. And then, after his death, it was unclear how the journey of his family ends without him and this is no mean feat. Every person whose life is on the edge of danger always thinks about his family because he may look impeccable though equally, one small mistake can lead to a swift end. This lifetime pension transferrable to his family after the hero’s death is simply a case of what he has left for his family in the tank, thus, it really makes the difference.

6) LIFETIME FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO A LAWYER OF HIS CHOICE. The reason for this reward is that you have to protect the hero for life against all sorts of harassment that may be filed against him in court by people who want to get back at him. Otherwise, how ingrate can you ever be for a man who defied several odds spelling drama that imprinted signature moments into the hearts of many, but instead of bringing him peace and joy to thrive as he lays and hit his pillow to sleep, you brought him enough sorrow in return, feel any betrayal, upset, and bewildered. So, lifetime legal protection would be much more sensible for our hero if only just to level up the playing field.

These package deal benefits from 1 to 6 enumerated herein are the nuts and bolts to the solution to stop CORRUPTION. They are huge because we have to look at things based on what makes sense.

This is called getting your money’s worth the purest form of “Give and Take” drama ever conceived for those would-be heroes with their courage and valor risk their lives providing such valuable information that will lead to the entrapment of the corruptors just so the nation will be freed from the suffering caused by corruption.

2) THE PACKAGE DEAL OF 25% REWARD OUT OF THE AMOUNT BEING CORRUPTED OR IN CASE OF BRIBERY, FROM THE AGREED AMOUNT OF THE BRIBE. This reward stands up as a huge factor that can lure any of the corruptors to become the primary agent of the government to stop corruption because the same will serve as a replacement of the amount he had lost as share from his fellow corruptors had he not turn to the side of the government. Simply said, if you want a person to work for you, give him more concession than what he is currently getting so he has nothing to lose. Just like the saying goes: a man with nothing to lose is a dangerous man. In fact, this reward serves as an expression of gratitude from the government to the hero helping catch the corruptors, thus, saving the government time, money, and effort, among others.

3) COVERAGE UNDER THE WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM (WPP) FOR LIFE. Now, more than ever, the threat of assassination for the hero is very real and surely it is a circumstance that no one wants to be in. To be under the WPP (Witness Protection Program) is a guarantee to the hero that he is officially under the protection of the government against anybody who wants to get revenge. This certainly gains him the respect, least of all, the attention from the would-be enemies that they cannot just press him back and savage him against the wall because the government is officially watching his back.

4) LIFETIME POLICE SECURITY. The reason for this is obvious. We let the cat out of the bag and being the cause for the entrapment of the corruptors, the hero can now be a sparkling appeal for execution by people all waiting in the wings for their shot at the golden bull each time out. You know, it’s the threats you don’t see that kill you. So, you get police security that’s proven to protect you while you’re back is in the firing line.

 

4th PART OF THE 7 SERIES--MY IDEA CAN SOLVE CORRUPTION IMMEDIATELY

 

In the ultimate sense, who would want to commit corruption when the corruptors couldn’t trust each other anymore even their own shadow? Otherwise, they would be entrapped by anyone of them, and take note, entrapment is the surest way to convict a culprit. It is an old saw that, it is only the danger that is clear and present that criminals must yield to the thought-- IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.

Corollarily, it is my idea to give the basic incentivization that beckons and motivates the corruptors themselves to become the primary agent to stop corruption. I call it “THE COMPREHENSIVE REWARD PROGRAM TO STOP CORRUPTION” WHICH CONSISTS OF 6 PACKAGE DEAL REWARD TO BE GIVEN TO WHOSOEVER CAUSE THE ENTRAPMENT OF THE CORRUPTORS.

THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Number 1- HE WILL BE GIVEN PUBLIC RECOGNITION AS A HERO BY AWARDING EMBLEM CORRESPONDING TO A MEDAL OF VALOR OR PRESIDENTIAL MERIT MEDAL WHICH ONLY HE IS AUTHORIZED TO WEAR. This is necessary in order to convince all people beyond anything that his heroic act is forever recognized as he clearly as ever stands a solidified elite Filipino as what many others would consider greatness, making him an all-time classic that met every expectation even after his death. There is no other greatest thing a man could dream about in his lifetime than to leave a lasting legacy for his family and to his country. It is also the only way to ensure that after his heroic deed has faded away from the spotlight, everything that happened is NOT quickly forgotten, washed away, and he wouldn’t rate a second glance. His heroic deed would never be likened to a long tradition which usually how humans function and that is: there is no more need to need after the need has been satisfied.
